Four from One - Clever Way to Use 6x6 Designer Series Paper

I love my Designer Series Paper and sometimes I just can't bring myself to cut it up! I'll bet that many of you feel the same way!

But Kylie and Bruno Bertuci, two Australian Demonstrators, have convinced me to "love it, chop it". And you will see one way to do that right here! (By the way - you will love thier ideas - check Kylie Bertuci's blog!)

Create four cards from one sheet of  6x6 Designer Series Paper - Such a fun way to use your sheets of lovely paper.

Use a light pencil mark to make a mark 2 1/4" in from the edge of each corner of your 6x6 paper square. Then use a light touch to draw a line from each mark to the mark on the opposite side. Cut along the pencil marks and use an eraser to erase any pencil marks that are visible.

Lay out the 4 pieces of Designer Series Paper on the card front panel (4 x 5 1/4") in any variety of ways and away you go.

Follow along this week as I show you 4 unique and very fun cards that I made using these cuts from the Rich Razzleberry Patterns Designer Series Paper (153073).

Way to Goat is such a fun stamp set (152657) - perfect for this layout! Simple to do - but it does require a bit of "fussy cutting". The Goat is colored with Stampin Blends (Crumb Cake and Soft Suede). I popped him up a bit with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The flowers & stem are cut from Magenta Madness, Highland Heather, Blackberry Bliss and Granny Apple Green cardstock using the Cherry Blossom Dies (151456).

I stamped the greeting in Magenta Madness ink on a strip of Very Vanilla cardstock, lightly sponged the edge and added the strip tot he card with Stampin Dimensionals.

Very Simple - AND so cute!

Don't forget to finish the inside (I used the extra flowers that I had die cut).

My idea will apply to all of the wonderful papers that are on sale this month - don't forget to stock up! See all the select papers
