Stamp Once & Make 2 Cards

I have seen so many beautiful cards created with this technique. I simply had to try it for myself. As you see how these two cards are created, think of the stamps that you have in your collection that you could use to do this type of card.

I chose Tasteful Touches but I can think of so many others that would be fun to work with.

Start with a piece of cardstock that measures 5 1/4" x 8". I used Whisper White. Very Vanilla or any light color would work. Lay the cardstock in the landscape position and create a stamped collage in the center of the cardstock.

Choose a color combination that you like - Here are some ideas for you.

Cut your stamped image in half (at 4") so you will have two pieces of cardstock that measure 4" x 5 1/4".

Choose the card base that you like and a sentiments that you like. Add ribbon, Wink of Stella, gems or sequins - the sky is the limit.

Assemble the cards and you have two masterpieces of your own creation.

Don't forget to add some personal touches for the inside of your card. And decorate the envelope too!

If you are want to purchase the materials to create these cards, be sure to shop with me HERE

If you are placing an order with me and you use my host code - be prepared to receive a fun gift from me as a thank you.

My Host Code for each month is attached to my blog (top right corner) and it is good for one month only. I will post a new code each month.

But if your order is over $149, don't use the host code! That way you will receive the host rewards and still get a thank-you gift from me.

  1. What a great idea for making two cards at one time! I've never seen that techinique before. I like the card on the misty moonlight card base, but they are both lovely. Thanks for the idea!
