Retiring Product List is HERE

There are some great discounts of retiring products so don't wait too long - all items are while supplies last (or May 3, 2021).

NOTE: Have you stocked up on the 2019-2021 In-Colors - these will only be available while supplies last and they ususally move fast.

Also NOTE: Bundles are listed as "Last Chance" but only some are actually retiring. They may be included because the bundle pricing is going away.

Black and White is just my TRUE Love

I am in love with Black and White!

This designer series paper, called True Love, is just for me!

So many ways to use this paper! And with such different looks!

My first choice was to create a quick card - just paper and ink. I used the blending brushes to color the paper with Rococo Rose and Old Olive ink. I love that color combo.

Here's a great trick with the blending brushes - clean the brush with a microfiber cloth - swish it around on scratch paper to make sure the color is gone and move on to the next color. No need to have a ton of brushes! No need to wash them out. Just clean with the microfiber towel!

I embossed the greeting with White embossing powder. I added the ribbon with a small bow. The ribbon is soft and it makes a lovey bow (Old Olive from the Ornate Garden Combo Pack).

I got the idea for the daisy card from Jeanne Bohanon - she is a marvelous fellow demonstrator. I used the blending brush to create the Ombre effect on the black and white paper. Then I used the blending brush to smoosh some color in the center of the Daisy. I used So Saffron, Crushed Curry, Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo and Rococo Rose. Just cleaned my brush with the microfiber cloth before changing colors - Simple and fun.

Last but not least - I colored the flowers with Stampin' Blends - this took much more time but if you like to color - you will love this paper.

Colors used - Rococo Rose, Pear Pizazz, Mossy Meadow, Petal Pink, Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight.

I added the ribbon slide for a WOW effect.

All this with one package of beautiful paper!

Annual Catalog Retiring List will arrive 3/24

Stay tuned for the list - you can get a copy of the list here or you can check it out on line. I have the link to both here!

We know that In Colors 2019-2021 will be retiring, so don't wait too long. These colors will be gone quickly.

I think my favorite is Seaside Spray (although Pretty Peacock is a close second). I'm making sure I have the stamp pad and the ink refill.
How about you?

Although I don't know what will be retiring - I'll be watching for a few of my favorites like the following:

BASKET of BLOOMS

Hippo Happiness
152644

Blossoms in Bloom
152684

My Meadow

Art Galley and the Fine Art Floral Suite

I love this stamp set because it is so easy to use. Combined with the wonderful Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper, it is a delight!

Create such lovely cards using the Golden Garden Specialty Acetate along with the Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper. But then add the beautiful stamped images ( 2 step stamping at it's best) and cut them out with the coordinating Floral Gallery dies. Be sure to finish the card on the inside too.

The combination is stunning!

But it's easy to create with just the Golden Garden acetate alone.

This card is just the acetate layer over a card base of Night of Navy cardstock. And notice -- the acetate is silver, not gold - I just used the reverse side of the acetate. I used the Art Gallery stamp set to stamp the greeting on a strip of Whisper White cardstock and backed it with Silver Foil before adhering it to the card front.

To attach the acetate I used a strip of Stampin' Seal, placed right below the greeting strip. If you put the adhesive any other place on the card front, it will show through. Glue dots would work well too, and they can easily be covered by gems or ribbon embellishments.

Don't forget to finish the inside too.

The cards can be just as wonderful with stamped images . .

For this card I  stamped flowers on the  Designer Series Paper to create the card front. I layered this on a piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock. The card base is Petal Pink cardstock.

The flowers are stamped in Flirty Flamingo with Blackberry Bliss for the second stamped image (using the 2 step stamping). The leaves are Mossy Meadow.

Then I cut some flowers from the reverse side of the designer series paper and popped them up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I love this garden - and don't forget the inside ....

There is no end to the beautiful gardens you can create.
