Black and White is just my TRUE Love

I am in love with Black and White!

This designer series paper, called True Love, is just for me!

So many ways to use this paper! And with such different looks!

My first choice was to create a quick card - just paper and ink. I used the blending brushes to color the paper with Rococo Rose and Old Olive ink. I love that color combo.

Here's a great trick with the blending brushes - clean the brush with a microfiber cloth - swish it around on scratch paper to make sure the color is gone and move on to the next color. No need to have a ton of brushes! No need to wash them out. Just clean with the microfiber towel!

I embossed the greeting with White embossing powder. I added the ribbon with a small bow. The ribbon is soft and it makes a lovey bow (Old Olive from the Ornate Garden Combo Pack).

I got the idea for the daisy card from Jeanne Bohanon - she is a marvelous fellow demonstrator. I used the blending brush to create the Ombre effect on the black and white paper. Then I used the blending brush to smoosh some color in the center of the Daisy. I used So Saffron, Crushed Curry, Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo and Rococo Rose. Just cleaned my brush with the microfiber cloth before changing colors - Simple and fun.

Last but not least - I colored the flowers with Stampin' Blends - this took much more time but if you like to color - you will love this paper.

Colors used - Rococo Rose, Pear Pizazz, Mossy Meadow, Petal Pink, Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight.

I added the ribbon slide for a WOW effect.

All this with one package of beautiful paper!
