Its fun and easy to make this card. You can see a list of supplies that I used for this card at the bottom of my post.  Measurements for the card :

So Saffron Card Base - 11 x 4 1/4 folded in half

Night of Navy layer - embossed with your favorite folder - 5 1/4 x 4

So Saffron Layer - 3 1/8 x 4 1/2

Whisper White for Stamped Layer - 3 x 4 3/8

After stamping the flower - cut off the two pieces at the bottom. This measurement is subjective. Try different cuts to see what you like best.

I popped the stamped pieces up on Stampin' Dimensionals and attached them to the So Saffron layer . 

The bow is awesome! Jacque showed how to do this - just make some loops of ribbon or as in this case, Linen Thread, and tie it in the middle. Attach it with a glue dot - it is so elegant!

I wanted to highlight the embossing around the edge. I used a sponge dauber to spread some White Pearlized Enamel Effects over the embossed image.
